The Wikwemikong Development Commission (WDC) is a non-profit organization, and was provincially incorporated on September 5, 1973. The WDC is the economic development branch of the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve.
Our Mission
To foster and advance the interests of the band members of the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve through the promotion and generation of a diversified economic base in order to increase the wealth, opportunity, quality of life of the total Wikwemikong population.
Our Vision
"Encouraging self sufficiency to improve the quality of life for the community membership in accordance with Anishinaabe Bimaadziwin."
